My Girl Crush
Today’s plan was to make Vanilla Mashed Sweet Potatoes, but then I read “experienced chefs” (i.e. not me) know you don’t make potatoes more than a day in advance. Which means I won’t be sharing a recipe with you today. Rather, I’ll share my girl crush with you. It’s no longer Britney Spears.

It’s Karen Alloy. She’s beautiful and talented, and posts her own videos on YouTube. She won an Emmy for this one, 2012. (I thought with all of the stress of the holidays, you may find it comforting to know the world is ending in 2012.)
She’s probably completely freaked out by my post at this point, but she should know I’m harmless. Really. It’s almost physically impossible to leave the house with three kids under six. At least to stalk someone.
