The Vlog Pantry: Episode 2
On Saturday night, Matt + I tried Masa in downtown Minneapolis with two other couples, and, while the portions were small, we left full. Because we started with calamari and I moved on to an Enchilada con Jaiba, which was filled with king crab and Chihuahua cheese, a soft white from Mexico. The enchilada was decent, a bit on the dry side, but two of the three desserts we split made up for it, especially the churros drizzled with Oaxacan chocolate sauce. Service was slow, but thanks to a margarita and great dinner companions, I barely noticed. And I loved the atmosphere. Lots of natural light.
Here’s our second episode of The Vlog Pantry, our fictional web series on mommy bloggers, social media experts and ethics (song by The Kitchen Pantry Scientist).
What do you think? Is the blogosphere like high school?
