I like to use their Italian Sausage in my world famous (at least for my grandchildren) sausage and pepper recipe.

My comment is ame as Diane’s- scrambled eggs are great w/those ingredients too. With a lofat ricotta, you can make a pretty quick and healthy breakfast or dinner dish. Yummm!
