I like crumbling up the sausage like ground beef and cooking it, then tossing it with roasted potatoes and scallions. It is embarassingly easy, and my family loves it.

We like a little spice to our Spaghetti Sauce but not too much. I make it with half Johnsonville Sausage, crumbled and half plain hamburger. Perfect.

Johnsonville is my go-to ingredient for quick tasty meals on the fly. In the summer, those pups are going on the grill to be accompanied by a salad. In the winter, I’m most likely to make cajun jambalaya. I’ll toss in some andouille if I have it as well as shrimp, chicken, onion, green peppers, liberal sprinkles of red pepper flakes and, of course, plenty of hot sauce.

Johnsonville is a big part of our family. We grill ‘em all year long for dinner – even when its snowing, and we fry ‘em up for breakfast at least once per week. I can’t say for certain, but the only thing that could possibly make a Johnsonville sausage taste any better is if its free
Thanks!
